Hi Chris, we learned a number of things. Poster paint is not waterproof and several of the materials we used to connect parts were also not waterproof. Smaller boats tended to be more riverworthy with sails causing lots of problems if ballast of boat not carefully weighted. We also had a number of “men overboard” in cases where they were not securely tied down.

Most of them floated very well but some boats came back to the class damaged

I made mine out of a plastic bottle a chopstick and tape with so me paint too mine is the one called Karlo’s awesome fun time boat!
